What is the Polar Plunge?
The North Branch Rotary Polar Plunge is a community fundraiser event designed to allow any organization to participate and raise funds for their own groups.  Participants jump or run into an opening cut in the icy waters of Fish Lake.

  

How to take the Polar Plunge...

STEP 1...Event Registration
Download and print out the event registration form, sign and return to Dave Nordberg (Event Coordinator) or the North Branch Rotary Club - Polar Plunge, PO Box 123, North Branch, MN 55056.
 

STEP 2...Collect Donations
Ask your friends and family to visit the RotaryPlunge.com website to make a donation.  Does your company have a matching gifts program?  You could double your donation.  All pledges and donations should be collected before the event.

STEP 3...Turn your donations in, sign a waiver, collect your incentives and take the Plunge!
There are two ways you can turn in your donations:
1.  Collect credit card donations online at www.RotaryPlunge.com
2.  Bring cash or checks with you the day of the Plunge.


What if I just want to Plunge?
If you are only interested in plunging, and not fundraising, you need to register for the event and pay the $25.00 entry fee (which includes a T-shirt).


Additional Plunge Information...
1.  Each plunger must pay the entry fee of $25.00 to participate in the event and to receive the event t-shirt.

2.  All plungers must sign a waiver prior to the event (if you want to receive a t-shirt on the day of the event) or at the event.  Plungers who are under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

3.  Prizes will be given out based on donations received up to the day of the Plunge.  Plunge staff will have a printed record of the total donations you collect online.  We try to order enough incentive prizes to supply all Plungers, however, we cannot always guarantee your incentive prizes will be on hand.  If you do not receive all your incentive prizes the day of the Plunge, they will be shipped to you after the event.
